Manager Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution
• Develop and maintain various types of contracts
• Negotiate Statement of Works and Change Orders, if needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 7-10 years of contract management experience
• Prior management experience of a global team preferred
• Advanced MS Suite knowledge
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems and eSignature platforms preferred
