Job Summary

Leading a team of talented Conversation Designers, the full-time Manager, Conversational AI will develop innovative AI experiences, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to enhance conversational interactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Conversation Designers, fostering a high-performing culture and supporting their career development
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to improve conversational experiences and own high-impact initiatives that advance the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and ensure the success of Conversation Designers in delivering exceptional experiences

Required qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing teams in Conversation Design, Conversational AI, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in designing and building conversational AI experiences, including shipping AI products powered by modern LLM technologies
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of improving conversational experiences through evaluation frameworks and optimization practices
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing workflows and exploring new technologies to improve team effectiveness
