Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Customer Renewal Representatives to retain and negotiate recurring subscription contracts
- Drive team towards achieving established retention targets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years leadership/management experience
- Prior SaaS Renewals and/or Sales management experience
- 3+ years customer/partner facing experience
- Proven strong leadership skills in the software industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
