Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Renewal Representatives to retain and negotiate recurring subscription contracts
  • Drive team towards achieving established retention targets
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years leadership/management experience
  • Prior SaaS Renewals and/or Sales management experience
  • 3+ years customer/partner facing experience
  • Proven strong leadership skills in the software industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
