Job Summary
Leading a team of 12-15 associates, the full-time Manager, Customer Service LTC Transactions will oversee daily operations of a Long Term Care Contact Center, ensuring high-quality customer service while driving team performance and continuous improvement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team performance by setting goals, monitoring results, and fostering an inclusive team environment
- Coach and develop associates through regular feedback and performance discussions to enhance individual and team effectiveness
