Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Customer Services to oversee call center activities and ensure excellent service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day call center activities and ensure adherence to processes and KPIs
  • Review and report on call center metrics to stakeholders
  • Develop client relationships and handle urgent situations as point of escalation
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and virtual research
  • Flexible work hours and ability to work remotely with a private and secure home office
