Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success for their San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5-8 customer success managers to drive high renewal rates and expand SaaS within the customer base
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a strong performance culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customers and drive business goals

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 1 year in a people management role
  • Experience managing customer-facing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
  • Desire to build equitable and inclusive workplaces
