Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, CoCounsel Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Customer Success team focused on nurturing and growing existing client relationships
  • Develop customer success strategies to drive retention targets and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with retention and sales objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • J.D. strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with AI or other SaaS software
  • Strong understanding of business and industry dynamics
  • Experience with Solution Selling/Consultative Sales
