Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective Customer Success team
  • Support Customer Success Managers in managing customer renewals and achieving outcomes
  • Create strategic plans to achieve retention goals and collaborate cross-functionally

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed challenging retention goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales activity tracking
  • Experience in team management and performance evaluation
  • Ability to drive process improvements and manage organizational change initiatives
