Job Summary

- Manage Customer Success team to maintain high service levels and resolve complex issues

- Create and execute departmental strategic plan and lead strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service, account management, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership ability and strategic focus
- Experience with Oracle ERP system and Microsoft Office
