Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success in a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Success team to maintain high service levels and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and improve processes to achieve departmental objectives
  • Create and execute departmental strategic plan and lead strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer service, account management, or manufacturing
  • Strong leadership ability and strategic focus
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system and Microsoft Office
