Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success in a remote position within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor performance metrics
- Implement training programs for CSMs to enhance their skills in customer engagement and problem resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years in Customer Success program management in SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with data utilization, building operational tools, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and customer engagement optimization techniques
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
