Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success in a remote position within the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor performance metrics
  • Implement training programs for CSMs to enhance their skills in customer engagement and problem resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years in Customer Success program management in SaaS
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with data utilization, building operational tools, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and customer engagement optimization techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
