Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Manager, Customer Success - Mid-Market & Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers to achieve high-impact outcomes
- Design and execute scalable customer success programs to improve retention and maximize customer value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and ensure seamless integration across the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Customer Success or related customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a management position
- Experience managing mid-market and/or enterprise segments with a focus on scalability and structured processes
- Strong ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
- Proficient in using metrics and dashboards to assess performance and guide decisions
- Empathetic and proactive in identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions
