Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Financial customers and develop relationships with executives at priority accounts
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers focused on Financial Services
- Develop processes and playbooks to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years managing customer relationships in the financial industry
- 5+ years of consulting or customer success experience in software solutions/SaaS
- Experience leading a Customer Success team
- Ability to engage in executive-level conversations and network successfully
- BA degree or equivalent
