Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success in the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Financial customers and develop relationships with executives at priority accounts
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers focused on Financial Services
  • Develop processes and playbooks to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years managing customer relationships in the financial industry
  • 5+ years of consulting or customer success experience in software solutions/SaaS
  • Experience leading a Customer Success team
  • Ability to engage in executive-level conversations and network successfully
  • BA degree or equivalent
