Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Cybersecurity to provide enterprise leadership for endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint security operations and establish standards for vulnerability management and cyber hygiene automation
• Define endpoint security strategy and collaborate with various teams to communicate risk and performance metrics to executive leadership
• Select, hire, and mentor cybersecurity professionals while managing annual budget planning and staff development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 12 years related experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months for IT Division caregivers
• Strong knowledge of security technology and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to influence and orchestrate complex initiatives successfully
