Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Deal Desk & Order Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and structure deals to align with pricing and contract templates while managing risk
• Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure accurate order management
• Refine the deal process and build scalable templates and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Order Management in a B2B environment
• Experience supporting complex deal negotiations and advising on pricing and terms
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance urgency and risk
• Builder mindset with a focus on designing efficient systems and processes
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
