Key Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating corporate and property-level financing options and prepare analysis for debt strategy discussions
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for financings and assist in modeling, due diligence, and documentation for transactions
• Track loan covenants and compliance requirements while coordinating with internal accounting and external lenders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience as an Associate in a major bank, specifically in Structured Debt or Capital Markets
• Strong analytical skills related to financial modeling and transaction documentation
• Familiarity with loan management and compliance tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of trends in real estate finance and capital markets
