Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Digital Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of UI/UX designers to create seamless digital experiences
Develop user experience vision, strategy, and success metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design or related roles
Experience in the Travel, Tourism, or Cruise Industry is a plus
2 years of experience managing or leading design teams
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe suite, Figma, etc
