Job Summary

- Gather and structure business requirements, maintain standards and documentation, and drive user adoption
- Plan and deliver projects, engage stakeholders and vendors, and optimize system for donor engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising technology and project management
- Expertise in Salesforce and project management software
- Business analysis and process improvement skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
