Manager, ECM Operations Analytics
Job Summary
Partnering closely with the ECM Ops team, the full-time remote Manager, ECM Operations Analytics will streamline and standardize data, reporting, and analysis across business units to achieve ECM KPIs and drive actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Support eCom Ops teams by owning performance reporting and analysis to enhance Business Unit KPIs
- Identify opportunities for Business Units in eCommerce by analyzing performance at retailer and category levels
- Standardize ECM reporting and integrate Business Unit insights into ECM routines and yearly planning processes
Required qualifications
- Strong CPG experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL preferred
- Proven analytical thinking skills and experience in performance reporting/analytics
- Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate insights at an executive level through storytelling
