Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations (part-time) based in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency
  • Supervise documentation, communication strategies, and investigation of escalated complaints
  • Interpret and administer labor agreements, analyze trends, and provide guidance on policies and compliance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience in Employee Relations or related field
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP)
