Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations (PH).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute thorough investigations and influence decisions
- Manage performance management issues and provide crisis management support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience and/or 5 years in Employee Relations
- Experience leading complex employee investigations with minimal supervision
- Advanced understanding of employment and HR-related laws and regulations
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
