Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations (PH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute thorough investigations and influence decisions
  • Manage performance management issues and provide crisis management support
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience and/or 5 years in Employee Relations
  • Experience leading complex employee investigations with minimal supervision
  • Advanced understanding of employment and HR-related laws and regulations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
