Job Summary

A company is looking for a CW, Manager, Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including intake, investigations, and documentation
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit trends for reporting purposes
• Project manage employee relations initiatives and support HR compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Humanities, or Liberal Arts
• 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in a regulated environment
• Experience with HR compliance and policy administration
• Work authorization as a Green Card holder, US Citizen, or valid work visa
