Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations (PH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex and sensitive workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute thorough investigations and influence decisions
  • Manage complex situations related to reasonable accommodations and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources experience, and/or 5 years in Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex employee investigations
  • Advanced understanding of employment and HR related laws and regulations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
