Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Relations (PH).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex and sensitive workplace investigations and determine appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute thorough investigations and influence decisions
- Manage complex situations related to reasonable accommodations and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources experience, and/or 5 years in Employee Relations
- Demonstrated experience leading complex employee investigations
- Advanced understanding of employment and HR related laws and regulations
- High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred
