Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time remote Manager, Epic Operations will provide strategic direction for the Epic Technical Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational performance across client environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals supporting Epic environments, ensuring system availability and service quality
  • Develop and implement operational plans and processes to meet service delivery objectives and prepare operational reports for leadership
  • Own client relationships and coordinate team activities across multiple customer engagements, ensuring alignment with service agreements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least one Epic technical certification (ODBAs, ECSA, or Cogito admin); multiple certifications preferred
  • Substantial experience in supporting enterprise healthcare IT systems, including Epic or comparable EHR platforms
  • People management experience, including direct supervision of technical staff and performance management
  • Experience managing multi-customer service delivery with accountability for operational outcomes
