Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Specialist Solutions Architects in the Retail/Consumer Products vertical
• Maintain a hiring pipeline and drive sales targets through collaboration with technical teams
• Establish strong relationships across the business to ensure customer and team success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product
• Experience leading technical pre-sales teams and exceeding annual quotas
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and promote team members
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams
• Ability to drive executive alignment in accounts for strategic data infrastructure decisions
