Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for operating expenses
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
