Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) - AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the GTM AI playbook for embedding AI Agents into customer workflows
• Lead and mentor a team of forward-deployed engineers focused on implementation and customer success
• Drive AI Agent adoption and ensure alignment with Product, Customer Success, and Sales for real outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience deploying AI, automation, or LLM-powered technologies in enterprise settings
• Strong understanding of modern GTM workflows (Sales, SDR, RevOps, Enablement)
• Experience designing or deploying AI copilots, agents, or workflow-integrated ML systems
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide change in complex environments
