Manager, FP&A
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A, this role will manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while providing significant visibility and direct exposure to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making
- Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis
- Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations
- Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities
