Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for assigned business units
• Serve as the primary finance partner for Operations and People Operations/HR, providing financial and strategic guidance
• Provide actionable insights that inform operational changes and resource planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic planning roles
• Demonstrated success in financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnership
• Experience contributing to cross-functional strategy or operational improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and Excel/Sheets
