Key Responsibilities

  • Design process documentation and training materials to support Field Sales teams in executing operational processes
  • Drive operational initiatives that support sales growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Field Operations, or Process Improvement
  • Strong experience in designing and improving operational workflows in a field or multi-location environment
  • Hands-on experience with iPads and tools such as Xstore and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for process improvements
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
