Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of field operational processes to enhance sales and profitability
- Design process documentation and training materials to support Field Sales teams in executing operational processes
- Drive operational initiatives that support sales growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Field Operations, or Process Improvement
- Strong experience in designing and improving operational workflows in a field or multi-location environment
- Hands-on experience with iPads and tools such as Xstore and Salesforce
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for process improvements
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
