Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the formation and implementation of an offshore Commissions Operations Center of Excellence
Partner with Commissions Leadership to standardize and offshore Commissions processes
Build playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials to scale Center of Excellence efficiency

Qualifications:

5+ years of Corporate Finance/Strategy, Investment Banking, or Consulting experience
Experience with commission administrative processes and SOX Controls
Experience with Incentive Compensation Administration and ICM tools
Experience interfacing with GTM & Sales Organizations
Experience with Salesforce Cases
