Job Summary
Managing a global team, the full-time salaried Manager, Global Order Management will oversee the order management process, ensuring accurate booking of contracts and compliance with revenue recognition requirements while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a global Order Management team
- Own the post-signature order management process and ensure timely booking of customer contracts
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal structures and booking exceptions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or similar functions within a SaaS or technology company
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and Order-to-Cash processes
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and related workflows
