Manager, Global Trade (DoD Clearance)

Job Summary

Managing export/import licensing and compliance activities, the full-time Manager, Global Trade (DoD Clearance) will oversee a high-volume portfolio, develop licensing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop export and import strategies for international suppliers and foreign manufacturing of defense articles
• Prepare, submit, and manage all necessary export and import licenses and certifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations

Required qualifications

• University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience with U.S. global trade regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, Customs)
• Proficiency in DECCS, SNAP-R, OCR EASE, and/or SAP/GTS systems
• Experience in managing agreements, licenses, and complex export strategies
• Active DoD security clearance required upon hire
