Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

Job Summary

To strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks, the full-time Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, mentor a team, and ensure regulatory adherence while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GRC framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate operational and strategic risks
• Drive compliance certifications and manage internal and external audit processes, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, business, law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or internal audit, with at least 4 years in a management role
• Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks and standards, such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Active professional certifications required: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIPP, or equivalent
• Proven experience in building and maturing GRC programs in fast-growth technology environments
