Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a HEDIS consultant for management and execute analytic efforts
• Drive the creation of unique graphics to effectively communicate HEDIS analysis
• Evaluate predictive solutions to enhance HEDIS efforts and identify trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, computer science, or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in data analysis
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare delivery or payer organizations
• One or more years of experience in leading analytic teams
