A company is looking for a Manager, HEOR and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced data science models for healthcare analytics
• Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate healthcare utilization, treatment effectiveness, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with teams to develop quality measures and generate comprehensive reports for decision-makers

Required Qualifications

• Formal training in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, health economics, public health, or a related field
• An advanced degree (e.g., Master's or PhD) in quantitative fields is preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in HEOR or related sectors
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python
• Familiarity with healthcare databases and coding systems, with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data preferred
