Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS and Analytics to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to HR leadership and business partners
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management or related field
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or Vantage is required
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, HR analytics tools, and project management software
- Experience in managing large-scale HRIS implementations and upgrades
- Strategic thinking and autonomy
