Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS management, including system optimization and implementation of a new HRIS platform
• Lead payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accurate processing across multiple states
• Design reports and conduct audits to maintain data integrity and support compliance needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of progressive HRIS and payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing HRIS platforms and overseeing multi-state payroll operations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Advanced Excel and HR analytics capabilities
