Manager II, Demand Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, WW Planning to lead demand and supply planning teams responsible for hardware forecasts globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand and Supply Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasts for all hardware products
• Collaborate with Product and NPI Planning for smooth transitions from new product introductions to sustaining planning
• Own the global demand forecasting process, consolidating inputs from various departments to support business targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated experience managing demand and/or supply forecasts for complex hardware portfolios
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and dashboard creation
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
