Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager II, Services to lead their Small and Mid-Enterprise Onboarding Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and manage a team of five Onboarding Specialists while driving key performance metrics
  • Define and continuously improve the structured customer onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Services, Onboarding, or related fields in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Experience in managing team performance and driving quantitative KPIs
  • Ability to manage complex operational workflows and customer provisioning
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer education materials
  • Proficiency with Customer Success platforms for managing customer data and tracking metrics
