Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager II, Services to lead their Small and Mid-Enterprise Onboarding Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a team of five Onboarding Specialists while driving key performance metrics
- Define and continuously improve the structured customer onboarding experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Services, Onboarding, or related fields in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Experience in managing team performance and driving quantitative KPIs
- Ability to manage complex operational workflows and customer provisioning
- Experience in cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer education materials
- Proficiency with Customer Success platforms for managing customer data and tracking metrics
