A company is looking for a Manager II, Subcontracts Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Subcontract Administrators and Managers in supporting the IAS Business Area
• Oversee the entire life cycle of subcontracts, from acquisition strategies to closeout
• Ensure compliance with legal and government requirements and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
• Proficient negotiation skills
• In-depth working knowledge of Commodity, Category, and Sourcing Management
• Background in manufacturing timelines and requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
