Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and B2C customers
• Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent execution across the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and shared success

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• 1+ years of experience managing sales teams and performance management
• Strong knowledge of SMB and B2C sales strategy and pipeline management
• Expertise in outbound sales and closing contracts with annual commitments
• Experience selling into companies with 1-200 employees is strongly preferred
