Manager Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Implementation (EOR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Global Products Implementation Managers
• Support employee career growth through coaching and mentoring
• Lead team to hit KPIs and serve as an escalation contact internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer success at a SaaS company
• Experience with end to end employee onboarding, with emphasis on global employee onboarding
• Minimum 1 year experience as a lead or direct manager with mentorship/coaching responsibility
• Proven project management experience delegating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working and delegating in an autonomous environment with expert prioritization skills
