Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of national account managers to upsell and cross-sell to existing SMB through Enterprise customers
  • Develop account strategies to identify revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage team performance and training to meet sales quotas and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in selling to Enterprise customers preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software management
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
