Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Indirect Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of national account managers to upsell and cross-sell to existing SMB through Enterprise customers
- Develop account strategies to identify revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage team performance and training to meet sales quotas and operational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in selling to Enterprise customers preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software management
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
