Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Infrastructure Engineering team, promoting collaboration and professional growth
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of virtual servers and desktops, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Implement security controls and compliance practices while managing capacity planning and system expansion

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams, including hiring and performance management
• Experience with data center operations and cloud infrastructure management
• Proven expertise in server management, including patching and configuration
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ) certification is a plus
