Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Insider Threat Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify systemic risk patterns and recommend preventive or mitigating controls to reduce insider threat exposure
• Lead and develop a team of service analysts, fostering analytic rigor, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Ensure analytics operations comply with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, including data minimization, access controls, and auditability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat programs, cybersecurity investigations, or risk analytics
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, behavioral monitoring, and investigation techniques
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
