Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design or e-learning development with a strong portfolio
• Leadership experience managing a team of instructional designers or learning specialists
• Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theories
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
