Manager, Investor Relations

Job Summary

Driving impactful communications, the full-time remote Manager, Investor Relations will create and manage investor relations materials, support executive communications, and enhance corporate visibility while engaging with stakeholders in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor relations and corporate communications materials, including press releases and presentations
• Support analyst and institutional investor engagement while monitoring metrics for external communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant communications across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in biotechnology or public company environments is preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Excellent writing skills with experience in developing persuasive communications and presentations
