Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IRB Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CFD Team, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and SOPs
• Develop and maintain IRB Services Work Instructions for coordinated task execution
• Conduct pre-reviews of consent forms for regulatory compliance and edit for alignment with standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 3-5 years leadership experience in an administrative service environment
• Experience fulfilling responsibilities with team-wide visibility and impact
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to guide the team towards business goals
