A company is looking for a Manager-Joint Use Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans and internal controls for utility pole compliance work
• Manage operational budget for pole attachments and tree trimming activities
• Lead a team responsible for utility pole attachment contracts and day-to-day pole management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management and finance
• 3+ years of experience in contract negotiation
• Strong NESC knowledge and background preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP skills
