Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Leave Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, operations, and compliance of leave programs including ADA, FMLA, STD, LTD, and PTO
  • Manage and develop Leave Program Specialists, overseeing case management and ensuring service standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in leave administration, with 2-4+ years in people management preferred
  • Direct experience with ADA, FMLA, STD, LTD, and PTO programs
  • Expert knowledge of relevant leave laws and privacy considerations
  • Experience with HRIS/absence management systems and vendor management
